Ali - Coach

Ali began her rugby career in 2004 while playing for her high school team in Falmouth, MA. She continued her involvement in rugby throughout college and joined the Pikes Peaks team in 2015, shortly after its establishment.

In 2017, following the relocation of the team's former coach, Ali pursued her coaching certification and has since contributed to the team's development in both direct and indirect coaching roles. In 2024, she resumed her position as head coach, where she enjoys coaching players of varying experience levels and fostering a welcoming environment for all team members. Outside of her coaching responsibilities, Ali remains active on the pitch, primarily playing as a front-row player but also readily filling in wherever the team requires support.

Marshall - Coach

Marshall, or Kelly, began playing rugby in Madison, WI, in 2019. They quickly became fascinated with the sport and began learning everything they could about it. Marshall played on and off for a few years in Madison, Milwaukee, and finally Colorado Springs, where they joined up with the Peaks!

During some medical obstacles, Marshall stepped in to help Ali with practices and games. They very quickly took to coaching and even implemented an entirely new offensive strategy for the Peaks in our first D2 season. In the summer of ‘26, Marshall got their L1 coaching certification and continues to be an intal part of the team.
